Fair Positive: Game room was fun. The theatre room we enjoyed. The bathroom condiments were very thoughtful. House very clean. Liked the double vanity. Gas stove, and microwave very good. Negative: The pool was cold , not heated at 82 as promised. The fire place would not stay lit kept cutting itself off. Kitchen water not hot. The master bath didn’t drain out correctly. The central heat on lower part of house was cold on first night stay. Finally warmed lower part of house when we cooked breakfast with gas stove. The gas dryer didn’t dry clothes correctly. House needs some attention. TV was nice

Positive: We really enjoyed ourselves.The kids really loved the theater room what an amazing space. The backyard had multiple activities to do as so did the game room. All in all this property was perfect for our week long stay.

Positive: The theater room & outdoor spaces were great as were the little extra things like creamer, coffee pods, q-tips, etc. Negative: The dishwasher needs to be remounted/secured to the cabinet to avoid injury.

We had to find a new venue for my daughter’s wedding at the last minute. Derek was kind enough to let us have it at the house in the backyard and everything worked out beautifully. My daughter said her whole experience was great. The house had everything they needed and it was very clean.

Gorgeous house! Positive: The house was amazing. It had anything you can think off. Pool and game room are gorgeous! The owner was very helpful as well. Totally recommend it🥰
